Deanna was born in Houston, Texas. Raised in Gilmer, deep east Texas, she graduated from Gilmer, High School. Deanna married Earnest Upchurch, Jr. in 1992. They have two children and currently live at Lake Tawakoni, where the entire family sells Real Estate.

Tonya Sanders and her husband Bobby have lived in the Quinlan-Tawakoni area for nearly 15 years and have been married for 16 years. Earnest is past President of the Quinlan Area Chamber of Commerce, serving for two terms. He is also an appointed member of the Hunt County Appraisal District Board Of Directors as well as an executive board member of the Hunt County Alliance for Economic Development. He is a past master of Trestle Board Masonic Lodge in Quinlan, past District Deputy, and past Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star in Quinlan.
Gena is a member of the Hunt County Planning and Zoning Board for Lake Tawakoni and a member of the Quinlan Planning and Zoning Board. She was also a past president of the Lake Tawakoni Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the legislative committee for Hunt County, Secretary of the CENTURY 21® East Texas Broker's Council, past 2002 Secretary of the Dallas Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and Treasurer for 2003 of the Dallas chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. She is also a past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star in Quinlan.
